A beautiful honest example of one of the rarest most desirable headgear of the Third Reich. overall outstanding condition and absolutely perfect shape. Cap is constructed of fine tightly woven black wool topped with a halo of silver aluminum officer piping. A machine-embroidered Panzer trapezoid is machine sewn into the center peek of the cap. The inside of the cap is lined in grey silk, showing typical sweat staining and is black ink stamped with 57 indicating the size.
